Teriyaki Chicken Breast

1 bag small round potatoes
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 head cauliflower (chopped)
1 bag baby carrots
1 bottle teriyaki sauce
Foil

Line a 12 inch Dutch oven with foil.
Place chicken breasts in center of oven.
Surround with potatoes, chopped cauliflower, and carrots.
Generously coat all ingredients with teriyaki sauce.
Use 8 coals on bottom and 16 coals on top and bake for 60 minutes.
Rotate every 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
