Sage Baked Corn

2 ½ cup corn
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sage
1 ½ cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp butter
Pepper to taste

Combine flour, sugar baking powder, salt and sage.
Add eggs and milk to dry mixture.
Add corn to 8 inch Dutch oven.
Pour mixture over corn and stir.
Place chunks of butter on top of corn.
Pepper to taste.
Use 6 coals on bottom and 10 coals on top, cook for 1 hour.
Rotate every 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
