Quick Chicken Parmesan

2 cups cheese and garlic salad croutons
1 egg
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place croutons into a gallon size resealable plastic bag.
Seal the bag and crush the croutons.
Beat the egg in a shallow dish with a fork or whisk.
Dip the chicken into the egg, and add the chicken to the crouton bag.
Seal bag and shake to coat.
Place chicken into well oiled 12 inch Dutch oven.
Using 9 coals on top and 21 coals on top, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Spoon sauce over chicken, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
