Mountain Man Breakfast

2 lbs loose sausage
2 lbs frozen hash browns
8 eggs beaten with ¼ cup water
1 bag shredded cheese

In 12 inch Dutch oven fry and crumble sausage.
Remove cooked sausage and drain.
Lightly brown potatoes in sausage drippings.
Spread potatoes on bottom of oven.
Place sausage on top of potatoes.
Pour eggs over sausage layer.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Use 8 coals under and 16 on top for 20 to 25 minutes, or until eggs are cooked.
Makes 6 servings.
