4 packs Pillsbury original biscuits (8 per pack)
1 pack Kraft shredded 4 cheese Italian blend
1 - 16 oz jar marinara sauce
1 package frozen Italian meatballs
1 cup melted butter
1 tbsp garlic powder
Lightly oil or spray a 12 inch Dutch oven.
Flatten out a biscuit to twice it's size.
Sprinkle a pinch of cheese into the center of the dough.
Add a meatball on top of the cheese.
Wrap the biscuit up around the meatball, covering it completely.
Make sure to pinch it together to seal it.
Place each ball in the Dutch oven to they are just touching each other.
Once all the balls are in the oven, brush tops with butter and garlic powder.
Cover and use 8 coals under, and 18 on lid.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown on top.
In a separate small Dutch oven, simmer marinara sauce until bubbling.
When everything is done, pour sauce over meatballs, and sprinkle with cheese.
Makes 32 meatballs.
