Lasagna

1 lb ground beef
2 - 24 ounce jars spaghetti sauce
¼ cup water
1 box lasagna noodles, do not pre cook
2 - 1 cup containers ricotta cheese
2 bags shredded cheese (6 cheese blend)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup sugar

In 12 inch Dutch oven, brown ground beef.
Remove to another bowl, and mix with spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese and sugar.
In oven, place a thin layer of sauce mixture.
Place, a layer of uncooked noodles (break as needed to fit).
Next, a layer of one container of ricotta, and ⅔ bag of shredded cheese.
Repeat sauce layer, noodle layer, cheese layer.
Finish with another layer of noodles and then a layer of sauce (three layers in all).
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Use 7 coals under, and 16 on top. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, rotate every 15 minutes. Noodles will start to curl when cooked fully.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
